Unisex names?

what do others think of boy/girl names? Cute, but can be confusing through the childs life. Suggestions?

Reply:It's all how people look at it. I mean is there really names that only girls can have or boys can have? It's cultural too. Take Kim as an example. In the USA it's a very feminine name that means a girl royal, but in many Asia counties it's seen as a masculine name. I like them. I think Sam, Max, Alex, and Quinn are great unisex names.

Reply:I think a lot of it depends on where you live. I have found that some names are viewed different in different parts of the country/world. For example Colby I had never ever heard it as a girl name until recently and I know have found out is a unisex name.





I think there are some names that are accepted by both easily.
Reply:I love unisex names! Especially for a girl, I think it's really cute. But I have to say, I'm not a fan of Jamie or Kelly. But I like Dani amongst others. I have a unisex name %26amp; I think it fits me being that I'm feminine but not super girly or prissy.
Reply:I'm not fussed on them tbh, I think you're right in saying that they can be confusing not so much as a child but when they become adults and are presumed to be a man/woman because of their name. A few I can think of are:

They're all nice enough names and I think for most part it wouldn't have a dramatic effect on their life but it is a very important decision.
