Name Game: Unisex Names?
Ashley - Male.

Tracey - Male

Shirley - Male

Drew - Male

Reese - Male (Prefer the Rhys spelling)

Terry - Male (Your spelling is trashy, and not at all feminine)

Blake - Male

Leigh - Male (Masculine spelling)

Tony - Male (Trashy spelling)

Billy - Male

Frances - Male

Robin - Male (It will always be associated with the Boy Wonder)

Sidney - Male

Dakota - Not a name. It is a Native American Tribe. Plus is sounds like a dog's name.

Devon - Male

Jordan - Male

Jamie - Male (Trashy spelling. Jamie is the nickname for James, a male's name)

Pat - Nickname.

Charlie - Nickname
Reply:Ashley: Female. Because I mostly hear that name used for females, and because most guys named 'Ashley' spell it 'Ashleigh'.

Tracey: Female. Same reason as the first, except for the spelling part.

Shirley: Female. Shirley temple. :-P

Drew: Other than Drew Barrymore, it's mostly used for males.

Reese: Even though there's Reese Witherspoon, it still sounds pretty masculine. And I'll never get past Reese from Malcolm in the Middle.

Terri: Female. Short for Teresa.

Blake: Male. Just because it sounds like a male's name; it's pretty masculine.

Toni: Male. Toni the Tiger! I've actually never met a female with that name...

Leigh: Never heard that name before. If it's pronounced 'lee', then I'd say male. Unless it was Leia...

Billie: Male.

Frances: Male. Again, Malcolm in the Middle. :-P

Robin: Sounds more like a female name, just because it's a bird.

Sidney: Girl. I've only ever met females with that name.

Dakota: Female. Dakota Fanning.

Devon: Male.

Jordan: Hmm...this is a toughy. I have a female friend named Jordan, although I'd always pictured it used for males. I'm gonna have to say female.

Jayme: Female.

Pat: Male.

Charlie: Male. I've never really heard is used for females...

Billie - again, F spelling, M name

Frances - F spelling, M name would be Francis

Sidney - M spelling, F would be Sydney, but if I just heard it, I'd think F

Dakota - F- really common on girls, but not weird for boys
