Potentially, perhaps when applying for jobs or college, the interviewer will not know their gender and make a decision based on skill.

There are guys named Hilary and Paige. THOSE seem to be more girl aimed then both.

I tend to think of Morgan as a predominantly girls' name. Avery I just don't particularly like but I like it for a boy better than a girl.
