I've been to their house before they've been to mine so they know me should I go to the shower even though my name was not included.

YES, i would definitely go with him. Generally when one person is invited their spouse is invited as well, just not formally. Have fun!
Reply:I think that you should go. His co-worker probably just gave who ever was throwing the party her co-workers names and because its a unisex baby shower, just expects that you would know that you are invited too. If you feel uncomfortable just showing up, maybe you can have your husband casually mention in conversation that both you and he are attending the shower. But I bet she already thinks that you are going to attend with him.
