I knew a girl called toby. I hated her. she was horrid. she was a snotty little gossip. I always thought it was a retarded name for a girl. there are so many lovely GIRL names out there. why would you give her a boy name? I think toby is primarily a DOG name, possibly a boy name and should never be a girl name. no.
